I know what it feels like to lead a support function in a large global organisation.
To be responsible for legal, risk, compliance, and somehow still feel like an outsider to the real decisions. To wonder whether the problem is the leadership above you, or something lacking in you.
It took me years to understand it was neither.
I’ve led Legal, Risk and Compliance across Europe for a large global organisation and experienced this reality on my own skin.
I speak the language of these functions because I’ve lived it across legal, risk, compliance and DEI, leading remote European teams inside complex global structures.
What I bring isn’t theory. It’s hard-won pattern recognition, a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, and — according to one client — „bright curiosity and laser-like questions“ that bring what is most essential into focus.
There are dynamics at play in every organisation that nobody talks about.
I trained as a coach. I earned a coaching certificate from INSEAD and hold EMCC accreditation at Senior Practitioner level, one of the highest standards in the profession. I deepened my understanding of organisational psychology and the dynamics that shape how support functions are seen, heard and valued.
Then I built a practice around the one thing I wished someone had offered me.

I sail. Have done for years.

That’s Navigator’s Edge. It’s not about working harder or being louder. It’s about seeing clearly, moving deliberately, and knowing exactly where your leverage is.
