Through facilitated group coaching, participants learn from each other’s experience, test perspectives, and develop better ways of handling the complexity, stakeholder demands, and organisational dynamics of their roles.
Purpose: To help support function leaders increase their effectiveness in role, strengthen judgment in complex environments, and build greater cross-functional understanding that supports better collaboration over time.
Pricing tailored to group size, programme goals, format, and support required – with price per participant starting from 1000€. Optimal number of participants: 4-7. Program length depends on the number of participants.
Support Function Peer Compass
Group coaching for support function leaders across different organisations
A group coaching programme that brings together support function leaders from different organisations in a structured and confidential peer setting. Through facilitated group coaching, participants work on real leadership challenges, learn how similar functions operate in other organisational contexts, and test their thinking against the experience of peers facing comparable demands.
Purpose: To help support function leaders gain wider perspective, fresh ideas, and stronger judgment through cross-organisational peer learning, with the added benefit of a confidential setting that allows for more open discussion than is often possible inside their own organisation.
Price per seat available on request.
Program length: 6 weeks on rotating basis, with 90 minutes weekly sessions.
